We pack and ship all orders from ICONIC GROUP LLC head office in Zug, Switzerland. Orders are usually processed within two business days of receipt (excluding Swiss bank holidays and holidays). Orders placed after Swiss time 15:00 are processed the next business day. During busy periods, such as seasonal occurrences, promotional sales, or any circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse or catastrophic weather conditions, processing may take longer, and certain services may be permanently or temporarily discontinued. In such cases, we will use the best alternative service. Orders are then sent by DHL, DPD, FedEx, or UPS for fast and secure delivery. You will be notified via email by our system.
Orders outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties. These charges are collected by your local authority and are not paid on this website. Iconic customer service team is happy to help you with customs before delivery; please contact us through chat or email.

If you simply change your mind about an item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund or store credit within 15 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is free — we will provide a prepaid return label for all countries worldwide.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be in resaleable condition:
We strongly recommend using a secure or trackable postage method and keeping proof of postage. Iconic is not responsible for lost items. Until received at our warehouse, the items remain your responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, you choose:
Option 1 — Full Refund
A full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
Option 2 — Store Credit
Full store credit for the purchase amount, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit is issued instantly upon return approval — no waiting for bank processing. Store credit can be used on any item at iconicoutfitters.com.
The choice is always yours.
For incorrect or faulty items, we refund any return postage costs incurred. Our Customer Care team will arrange this. Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
All Orders Worldwide: A free return shipping label will be provided for all countries. Simply contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will arrange your free return.
To exchange an item for another size, color, or fit, return the original item and place a new separate order for the item you wish to receive. You may immediately or wait for your return to be processed using store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to the original gift card. If combined with other payment methods, refunds are processed first to the gift card, then to the remaining payment method.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact support@iconicoutfitters.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required for damaged or incorrect items.
