We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned. To start a return, email us at support@iconicoutfitters.com with your order number.

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us with your order number and the size you need. We'll ship your new size as soon as we receive the original item back. If your preferred size is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit instead.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
