Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package every step of the way until it arrives at your door.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from us — this is sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Find your tracking number in that email.

3. Click the tracking link provided, or visit your carrier's website below and enter your tracking number.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Your tracking number is sent automatically by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–2 business days after your order is placed for it to be processed and shipped. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

 

DIDN'T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

If your order has shipped but you have not received a tracking number email, please contact us and we will look into it for you right away.
