Shipping policy

We pack and ship all orders from our warehouse in Switzerland. Orders are usually processed within two business days of receipt (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). Orders placed after 16:00 Swiss time are processed the next business day. During busy periods, such as seasonal occurrences, promotional sales, or any circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse or catastrophic weather conditions, processing may take longer, and certain services may be permanently or temporarily discontinued. In such cases, we will use the best alternative service. Orders within Switzerland are sent by Swiss Post, and international orders are sent by UPS for fast and secure delivery. You will be notified via email by our system.

If your shipping address is outside Switzerland, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges.

For some destinations, import duties and taxes may be collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, these charges may be collected upon delivery by your local customs authority or delivery carrier.

These charges are set by the destination country and are not controlled by Iconic. Iconic is not responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges that may apply.
